我院拟于2023年暑期选派优秀研究生赴捷克利贝雷茨技术大学交流学习。为做好此项工作，现将相关事宜通知如下：

一、参加对象

1．公司中国籍在读全日制硕博研究生（应届毕业生除外）；

2.由于在捷克交流学习时间较长（三个月）,请每位申请者于报名前务必征得导师同意；

3.综合测评成绩排专业前40%；研一和博一同学以第一学期成绩为准,参考科研成果；

4.通过英语六级，具有良好的英语听、说、读、写能力，能够适应在捷克的学习和生活；

5.能遵守两国的法律法规及双方学校的校纪校规。

二、项目特色

1.Internship at the largest Faculty of Textile Engineering in Europe；

2.Excellent laboratories；

3.Individual mentoring by the well-known Professors of the Faculty of Textile Engineering and work in their international research teams；

4. Certification after successful presentation of final report；

5.An opportunity to study in Liberec - a beautiful central European town in Bohemia near to Prague；

6.Accommodation at university dormitories with student rate including student price for meals in canteen.

三、项目时间

一般为暑假开始至9月下旬。具体日期可能因签证而异，捷克要求最晚9月下旬员工需回国（满三个月）。

四、项目费用

1.学费：免费；

2.其他费用：员工须自行承担除学费外的其他额外费用，包括往返机票、签证费、在捷克的生活费用等。据该校估算，在捷克期间的生活费大约为400美元/月左右（包含住宿、伙食、公共交通、强制性健康保险等）；

3.获得集团研究生院出国资助的员工优先录取。

五、录取员工需要提前准备的资料（APPLICATION must include）:

1.Provisional title of the chosen internship;

2.Letter of recommendation from a Professor, Assoc. Professor or Assist Professor;

3.Letter of motivation including previous experience in research work;

4.Academic transcript from the previous study;

5.Scan of the main page of a valid passport;

6.Completion certificate of B1 level (intermediate) or equivalent English language.

名额：8名。

七、报名方式

1.请同学们填写《2023捷克报名表一》和《2023捷克报名表二》，于2023年4月9日前将电子版发到邮箱 caifangwaishi@126.com。电子版报名表请命名为姓名+学号+表格名，邮件主题命名为姓名+学号+捷克项目报名。

2.如果报名表中填写了获奖情况、科研成果、英语水平，请将相应证明材料的纸质版装订好交到17-311办公室陈老师处。公司进行初选后将候选名单提交给捷克利贝雷茨技术大学，后续该校会直接与各位同学联系，请各位申请的同学届时及时关注邮箱。
